The P&C Association operates a tuckshop for the
convenience of school families and to raise much needed funds for activities
and resources for our students. It is currently open Thursdays and Fridays.
SHSS proudly supports the Smart Choices - Healthy Food and
Drink Supply Strategy for Queensland Schools (1.1MB).
Orders can be placed online via School24
(please see menu for account set-up details), or brown paper bag orders can be
dropped off at the tuckshop between 8:15 – 9:00am. Hot food is available at
both first and second breaks, with over-the-counter options for snacks and
frozen treats available also.
Our tuckshop convenor prepares and serves your child’s lunch
along with the help of volunteers. Volunteers are essential in keeping our
tuckshop operating, so please see Nickie if you’re interested in helping out. Your
children will love seeing a familiar face in there during the day!
